[Gameplay] Warwick ult not suppressing

I was playing a ranked game the other day and I used Infinite Duress on the enemy Draven, when I did this he continued moving while I was using the skill. I was still doing damage and I was being dragged a little bit behind him as he moved. It happened several times during the game and he had no item to removed the suppression.
