I don't have as much blue essence as my friends

Hello guys, this morning I was happy but blue essence system ruin my day and now, I am very sad because I only get 20k +3k blue essence while a friend of mine got like 30k 4x5k blue essence( so 55k) and he had less runes than me + less runes pages than me so, anyone here have an explanation ?
