League does not open

Whenever I try to open league (this happens when i run it as administrator too), it just doesn't open, but if I try to open it again it brings up the whole "another instance is running, do you wish to terminate it?" thing. When I open task manager, it says it is running but it won't show up. I've tried reinstalling it, updating graphics card drivers and just my computer in general, deleting folders under RADS, and deleting the Riot Games folder (which apparently didnt delete when I deleted league to reinstall it). Any ideas? I've visited other discussions on this and none of the solutions worked for me. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Did you also try opening it with the lol.launcher.admin.exe instead of the default lol.launcher.exe? Check your firewall too, to make sure the newest build is set to be automatically allowed.

I have the answer just terminate the game that is "running". When it says the game is running already do you want to terminate the running game hit yes it should open then. I do this all the time. Also dont go deleting things it could ruin the game
