Championship border doesnt work on chromas

I'm not sure if this is common knowledge or not but i got the championship Kha'zix skin along with 4 chromas when it came out because he is my main and i like the champion, and i liked it so much i wanted the border too so i didn't waste my time and got the worlds pass so i could get the 350 tokens easier/faster. Low and behold, the first issue (that has been fixed) was that i couldn't actually craft the icon and border from the crafting page on the client. I eventually was able to unlock it, but when i went into a game, i had the icon, but the border was not there. I then tried it out on the training tool, and it was there. But it wasn't because it was just happenstance, i used the base skin when it worked, and i tried going into the practice tool again and in the loading screen none of my 4 chromas work with the border, only the base skin. Like i said, everybody might be like it is dumb that it doesn't work but that's how the game works sorry but 1. That's actually dumb and that shouldn't be like that, and 2. I payed 10$ for the skin, about 10$ more for the chromas, give or take maybe 15$, and around 15$ for the worlds pass to get the border faster, to find out it doesnt work on the chromas i got for it. I just hope it's a bug and not something permanent.
