Loading screen bug

Pick champs, screen counts down, then loading screen never appears. Just a screen that says game still in progress. When you relog it will go to the same screen. This happened not on todays patch, but since the patch before. This will be the third time, twice during ranked game in which I get pnalized and also lose the game, hard to rank up that way. This all happened since that last patch. Quite annoying to be frank cause I dont dodge games, and now in the last week been charged with three. I really dont like that. It is my hope that this will be resolved, because I will not play ranked games any longed due to this bug, what good would it do if in promos, and last game this happens, nope, no more ranked for me.
