Joining games 1-2 min late

I would get in a normal que and everything would smooth as usual, but when the game starts it takes about 20-40 sec to actually get in the loading screen (Never takes that long) and by that time every one would be at 100%, then it takes about 3 min for me to get to 100% and normally it would start by that time, but recently it won't, i have to wait an extra 1-2 min after it hits 100%, so i end up joining the game about 1:30 or 2:10 in, and it seems to happen in all of the maps, even when im in a game by myself. This was happening on PBE also but there i was joining about 3 min late. If you guys have this problem too please let me know, Hopefully it will get fixed in the next patch. Btw i have a mac so that could be the problem too, but then again this has never happened to me before.
