Draven is missing an axe

Okay so i main Draven and he is a pretty cool looking guy, but when ever i have 2 spinning axes i attack with the other axe and i retrieve it, but its not in my hand and i only have 1 axe in my hand and its not spinning either also nothing is in the other hand. I feel like this can effect the game play because you will lose all spinning axes with the bonus damage it gives you and when in team fights it could cost you the game plus when you use Q to get 2 axes and hit someone and the bug happens your going to have to wait for the CD of your Q again, then again i could be wrong this could be a texture glitch or just a little bug. I know that Draven is already op with or without his old passive(how you look at it) and without his extra damage from his Q but he can still lose lane pretty hard if you feed. Either way i don't want to make it sound like its a big deal and everything, but i just want to let the community know especially those who like playing Draven and if this has never happened to you then you must be very lucky or just don't use your Q very much.
