The problem is simple, i bought a Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed since i had only two of them so i wanted the third one, the IP had been taken and everything was good until i saw that the rune was not there, i still have 2 of them, i tried to relog, nothing happened, in the history it is shown that i purchase it but in the rune selection is nowhere to be found...
