[CLIENT] You cant buy 6300 IP champions even if you have more than 6300 IP

It first happened after an aram game. I gained IP fromt hat game and went to buy zac and the client didn't let me buy it saying I had insufficient funds although showing me on the top right corner I did have the funds. Upon re-logging for a split second it showed that I had above 6300 ip until it changed to 6228 ip. Because I don't know how to recereate the bug I recorded it and during that time that I was logged off downlaoding recording software, it went back to showing me I had above 6300 IP (as seen on the video).

Update: I played another aram game and now have enough IP to buy a 6300 champ even if my Ip was the lower amount. Interestingly I'm sitting on 6425 ip and it says that once I make the purchase my funds will be 53 ip as if I only had 6353
