[GAMEPLAY] Xerath Death locking skills

Hello,

When im playing as Xerath and are killed whilst channeling my q i always get bugged. After im returned at the platform i can no longer use my q. Not by clicking on my keyboard and not by clicking on the actual q icon on the screen. It always seems xerath is still stuck in its channeling. Its shows off cooldown but the skill can't be used in any way other the leveling it up. Doing this does seem to fix it sometimes but after reaching lvl 18 you will get stuck with no other way. Dieing again sometimes does have the effect of resetiting this. But i have had games where you are stuck without your q for the rest of game. Relogging helps but you don't always have the time to relog for this kind of stuff.

I have had the exact same bug with Varus as well. Also if you die whilst you are channeling his Q . You won't be able to use your Q in any way other then leveling it up or relogging. It seems that these champions appear stuck in their cd/channeling animation code which prevents them from comming of cooldown again.
