[Client]The game cant decide what lvl it wants me to be...

Acording to the lol client i am both lvl 11 and lvl 12, it came up with apopup for me leveling up to lvl 12. but none of the level 12 stuff is unlocked. i've got no idea on how to reproduce the bug. (as its a leveling bug it is probaly incredibly hard to reproduce)
