MISSING SUMMONER ICON

I did the Teemoing mini game where you had to sacrifice minions and summon the 'devil Teemo' and i still have not yet received my icon.

When i did the mini game it told my i should receive the icon but i have not yet got it and i have noticed that every one else has it.

can someone please explain to me why I have not received this icon as I'm highly disappointing.

Please allow up to two weeks after November 3rd for the Doomed Minion Icon to appear in your account. :)
