Is this a bug? invis bug Talon vs Eve Q, Armor pen(lethality) vs Tower

Evelyn q aim for the closet champion target right? can u guys check if she able to target invis champ? only had 1 eve game so far

tf reveal invis champ, which make sense, but the description said "ONLY TURRET"

ad armor pen used to do bonus damage to turret, lethality dosent, but Magic pen still dose, im assuming this is intended?
