Chat and friend list offline.

Hello. So I have a problem with my client. Everytime I log in in the morning I have a bug that doesnt allow me to see my friend list and type in the chat while im queue or champion select. I am allowed to send messages after we end up loading and start the game. I cant message friends or write in lobbies.... http://prntscr.com/mr6fvj - example. As u see my chat on the left side doesnt appear and the friend list doesnt load. I tried to repair the client many times and nothing happened. Tried to repair it with the hextech repair tool program and again nothing happened. The weird thing is that this happens only in the morning.... I dont know why it is happening like that but I would like to fix it so if anyone could help me I would realy appreaciate it... Thanks <3
