Team Builder "game error" with Kindred

It has only happened once, but I was in queue for teambuilder for 25 minutes when i joined a lobby. I got in as the jungler, but i saw we already had a top lane Kindred also. When the team was filled, we found a game, it counted down, then immediately kicked me (and i imagine everyone else), saying there was a game error. It then said I was already in a game when i tried to make another queue, and that i had to restart the client. I did that, and it started scanning files. Once that was done and i finally got to log in, it said i left a game in progress and prompted me to reconnect. Nothing happened no matter how many times i clicked the button, or how long i waited, so i tried restarting it again just to come to the same issue. I doubt i could recreate the problem, and I have no photo/video of the incident, but I am still looking at the reconnect screen, and cant do anything about it.
