Serrated Dirk tip incorrect on Recommended Items

The tip about the item Serrated Dirk (only when it's on recommended items) is saying that it gives Cooldown Reduction, but it doesn't. It's a small thing but before I noticed it I bought the item thinking I would have CDR. It's probably because it can combine with other item(that gives cdr) to create Youmuu's Ghostblade, but it's still wrong.
