Yorick Ghoul Invulnerable

There was a bug in the last game that I played that caused Yorick's Q Ghoul to resist death at 0 HP. It wouldn't die from anything, even the fountain. This happened in an ARAM. The Yorick had a Muramana and a Frozen Heart (Probably doesn't matter.)

Anyone else see this?

It has been 2 months since the initial post, but this has occurred to me also in an ARAM. The ghoul would aggro and slow anything indefinitely until it expired by duration. Its health bar would disappear and would take no damage.
