[GAMEPLAY] Right click mouse delay

Hi, I am facing an isssue since yesterday.

When I spam right click my mouse works but.... from time to time there is a delay in response (1 sec? maybe 2sec - not more). My ping is 25 I have a good PC and FPS is around 150 up - it's not a network issue. I've checked 2 mouses it happens in both cases - 2 wired gaming mouses. Uninstalled mouse software, but nothing chappened. Played around with graphics setting in game nothing happened.

What's going on?? How to fix it? Riot and users please help
