Twitch Ultimate [Rat-tat-tat-tat] Deals no damage to Enemy nexus

In my last game I noticed Twitch Ultimate makes the nexus immune from twitch autoattacks, After few tests and playing around,

While twitch uses his ultimate He will not deal any damage towards the Enemy Nexus While twitch uses his ultimate he will be able to pierce targets through the nexus yet will not deal damage to the nexus itself, I was able to reproduce this bug 100% of the times, The Range of which twitch autoattacks the nexus is irrelevant, from max range of the ulti to Melee range he will not deal any damage.

Big example for this Bug can be seen even in the WCP In SHRL vs OMG game 3 ending as UZI Uses his ultimate in the end and It's clearly evident he does not deal any damage towards the nexus [53:10 in video]

I've also posted this case on reddit but it seems some people believe this is Intentional yet there is no Note on the matter In game, If it is Intentional[Which i highly doubt] I think a Note in game would appropriate.

From what I remember being brought up in the past, it's "intentional" but only because it was their solution to making the piercing autoattacks not damage the nexus when it was supposed to be untargetable. Except they've come a long ways since then and could probably code an actual solution now, so maybe it should be treated as a bug.

it could also just be one of those really popular but incorrect rumors

i thought everyone knew that. it has been brought up several times on these forums but i havent seen any red post about it.
