[Gameplay] Viktor upgrading can be accidentally ruined.

As Viktor i found that under a specific condition it is possible for someone to accidentally put two of his upgrade points on a single ability. This then cuts him off from fully upgrading all of his abilities thus making him weaker. This as you will see can be done very easily through a simple mistake and very consistently if you are not careful.

Step 1: As Viktor earn enough gold to buy at least two tiers of his passive at once. Step 2: After purchase mouse over the skill upgrade icon. Step 3: Double click in fairly quick succession on the upgrade icon.

That is all it takes and i found myself able to repeat it without any problems.
