[CLIENT] Discounted champs showing up as buyable even if you do not have enough IP

Dear Riot employee,

When trying to look through the champions shop list today, I found that Kassadin showed up as being buyable (IP required in white instead of red, see picture) even though I did not have enough IP. I tried to buy Kassadin and sadly it did not work. Maybe for my own good because I would have exploited a bug in that case. Anyway, it is annoying that a champion shows up as being buyable for people as avaricious as me that only occasionally give in to the indulgences of spending money on videogames. It got up my hopes and then mercilessly crushed them in disappoint.

I believe the issue is caused by me having enough IP to buy the discounted champ if only the discount applied to IP, since 3150*0.50 = 1575 > 2064 (see picture). As you can see I currently do not have enough IP to buy the champ either. I seem to remember encountering this issue before on another discounted champion.
