My lp disappeared

I wined 3 games in a row and gained 38lp and I lost in the 4th game. But all my lp disappears, i have 0 lp now. Return my lp Riot!!!

It could be the residue from the Higher Elo system's difficulty but I thought they removed that and your winrate suggests a decent mmr. I would also like to know why the loss was that high when the op didn't duo with anyone @RitoGams.
