Fiddlesticks' E doesn't affect Lucian's R ??? (ARAM)
Basically, I threw the bird to Lucian while he was casting his ult in ARAM. It happened twice, the bird passed through him and he wasn't silenced. At least thats what I think I saw.

That's not a bug. Lucian's ultimate is kind of unique in that it can only be interrupted by CC that prevents the use of basic attacks. This means that silence will not interrupt his ultimate.
