Screen freeze if mouse is not moving

Ever since patch 7.6, my in game freeze will freeze/pause if my mouse isn't moving; clicking/scrolling doesn't do the trick, it has to move from location a to location b in order for the screen to be normal again. This is only in game. I tried searching for a solution but couldn't find any, also tried doing full repair. Same happens in spectate mode as well. Can someone help me solve it it is extremely frustrating for typing in game.
