Riot Games Series Rigged?

7 series, perform best every game, get feeders every time, how come series gives you silver players in plat 4 games ? I only get super bad players in series, and in games until 100lp my teams seem to be decent. The moment I hit series I get literal 75 IQ players on my team.

This is clearly a riot games bug in the game, because no way they coded that on purpose.
