I just want to play the game....but it's not letting me log in. I switched to another region and it seems to be working, but only the NA isn't. I already tried the following but it's still not working. Anyone else having this issue?

I just had this problem for ~10 minutes. I found success in just opening/closing the client over and over until the problem went away...? (about 7-8 trys) Unsure how it fixed, but the bug is widespread and doesn't persist every attempt. Best of luck.

Ðispersion2 votesI just had this issue with the 9.5 update patch. It was fixed by switching to another region and then switching back to NA. Then the patch finished and I was able to login.

I just got it working tho I am almost positive it's going to start the error again if I exit client or at least sometime in the near future. I just waited for it to patch even tho it was at 0 with no signs of actually patching anything. Riot needs to do something about this.

I ran repair 3 times in a row it worked the third time. But when i finally get it to work I have connection issues all game, i get kicked out/dc'd and stuck on reconnect. Then i get leaver buster... its totall BS

ImFOXYuSEE1 votesIt just somehow solved itself, not sure if i was my doing or riot's. What i did was disconnect my windows profile then reopened it. After that, i opened the league client but didn't click okay on the message box. I was able to use tab to connect my league account even if i had the message box blocking my client. After i logged in, i still didnt click ok, just waited like 30 sec and league closed itself up. When i opened the client again it was fixed. If you are still having this issue, this might be worth a try :p
SatanBidet1 votesthat link you sent did work for me. when you deleted the line of text in the file, did you "DELETE" the text? Or just use the backspace to remove the line?
I deleted the entire line, leaving no space between the line above/below and when i started it back it up was working

WAAAAAAAA1 votesHaving the same issue. I ran the HexTech Repair tool and now the patcher loads but doesn't run and the client won't get past that state.... yay. :(

Patcher ran, still having the same issue (locked out of NA). I can access the other regions but when switching back to NA still locked out. Looked for the gameflow-patcher-lock line in my config file but it's not there. Have a ticket open atm.

Also tried to run ipconfig and re-open as suggested here but still no good.

Blessed Noodles1 votesI thought this was triggered by a whole bunch of services i turned off, it turned out that it was the security settings on my router that i had done a week or two prior.
Here's how i fixed the problem within 5-10 minutes.
Firstly i suggest dropping your windows firewall and restarting league, if the issues persists follow the below steps at your own risk.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Rogers: 192.168.0.1
Bell 192.168.2.1
Log on Via default password or set password.
Locate the security tab and set to typical and hit save changes at the bottom of the web page. (I had mine on custom, P2P OFF and IDENT OFF and it would not work, you can always change these back.)
4.Enable Port Forwarding. I'm not sure if this helped as i had it enabled before hand but riot does suggest it none the less, Here's how. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=11&v=fkxhsxaqkPI

Blessed Noodles1 votesDo you know what forwarding even does? The only reason why i would agree is because I've already tested my ping etc when i did port-forwarding and it dropped my input lag to a true 32ms.

Blessed Noodles1 votesLmfao, I'm well aware i never stated port forwarding was the fix nor issue, i said riot suggests it can fix pings etc. The issue (for me) was league of legends hitting a firewall.

Rawrbot50001 votesSame problem and when it happens to me I restart client, restart as Admin, restart computer, turn computer off/on, rinse repeat, run repair (several times) and when it finally does get back up and running I disconnect from games. Been going on 2 weeks or so now and ive gotten max afk leaver buster due to dc's. This Bull Sh*t has got to stop!
