Abilities and active items do not work.

Upon loading into the game, i will occasionally be unable to use any short keys. qwer and 1-7 do not work nor does b or g for pinging. However when I open chat it allows me to type. This is on a new computer that i bought less than 3 weeks ago and has not been dropped or damaged.

I have tried resetting the hotkeys to different keys, i've tried closing the client and reconnecting, and i've tried disconnecting internet and closing out of the client as well. Nothing works to stop it. I'm just stuck with a loss.

I can't play ranked because I'm afraid this will happen again and it will cause a loss. I've seen some others have reported the same bug in 2013, 2014 and this year as well.
