Was playing Thresh and relic shield stacks didn't kill cannon minions below whatever the stated number was and didn't give any gold.

The execute does not go off on ranged champions, which Thresh is.

In other words, it's no bug.

The execute for relic is only for melee champions AA's. Thresh is a ranged champion so he does not get the execute. The gold share is for everyone though.
