Disconnection Due To Powerloss Punishment

Dear Riot,

Please do not punish/warn players for disconnecting issues that are not under their control. Losing power is one example, but overheating issues, internet disconnect, etc. fall into the same category.

Today I received a leaver buster warning because my computer overheated twice, then my apartment lost power. I took the time to dust my computer and contact my landlord of the power loss issue, but seems unfair to me that Riot gives no leeway, chance, or ability to comment on this leaver buster warning.

There should at least be a way to input text, a screenshot of the CPU status, or some kind of proof that the disconnect was out of the player's control because just having a message that assumes the player was being malicious is bad user design. It makes the user feel frustrated at the system, and I know that Riot can do better than that. Perhaps 98% of the players may dc maliciously, but those 2% of players that get angry at LoL may count in the long run (those numbers are coincidental to the recent LoL video).

tl;dr add a comment section below the "I Agree" text box. Even if Riot does not actually want to do anything with the comment data, having that box there will make the players feel less frustrated towards the system.
