Either the Name Filter is Bugged or Riot is Enabling Racism

I just came out of a game where another player had the name "[Removed by Moderation]". What in the actual fuck. I am praying that this represents a serious bug in the name filter because any alternative is completely unacceptable. There's no context, no excuse, no justification for such racism to exist let alone be wandering the rift. Hatred does not deserve a platform. Please fix this immediately.

EDIT: obviously i reported this in game, but the fact that its allowed at all is wrong and needs to be addressed outside of the confines of the player that committed the offense.

The filter is extremely loose, people need to report the names.

Dude, its a computer, computers make mistakes. Legit, just report the name, and theyll be forced to change it.

Also enabling assumes that rito has done something to make people feel the need to do something....rito isnt making people racist, chill
