Free Win After Ranked Promos Loss Bug

I have playing a lot lately and have notice every time I loss a promos series I don't get a free with anymore. My rank is Plat 5. Is this intentional or a bug. I believe its a bug, as the first time I lost my promo series to Plat 4 I earned a free win but every time after my last3 series losses I haven't earned the free win.

If someone could look into this I would be grateful. Thank you.
