[GAMEPLAY] Vel'koz loses animations

I played a normal game mode match with 3 of my friends and I picked Vel'koz. When I got into the game his tentacles wouldn't move as they usually do he would just stay still losing all animation even though he was walking. When I used Plasma Fission, Void Rift, and Tectonic Disruption at the same time his limbs extended to there furthest point and his bottom two tentacle would phase into the ground but I could revert back to normal by basic attacking.
