What do the gold borders around vayne, master yi, ashe, and miss fortune mean?

Laughing Fish4 votesThat means that you have already earned a chest with that champion, as either you or someone on your team earned an S rank while you were using that champ. You cannot earn a chest with that champion for the rest of the season.

Laughing Fish1 votesI didn't see anything about the border it in the post, but I know it from experience. As for only being able to earn 1 chest per champ per season, yes that was in the post.
