IM SUFFERING FROM A BUG PLZ HELP

Every time I click to a point for the champion to move, the model tend to move twice instead of once. From my friends point of view it seems totally normal, which means is a issue of my computer. I tried reinstalling and the self-fixing program both has no affect. My computer is really good so its not the parts too, i can run division best setting easily. This bug is new it never happened before.
