Can't Get into game as Yasuo

The problem starts when I enter the game as Yasuo. The second the game starts the screen freezes. Everyone's names pop up but their characters don't, I can't move, and the time, fps, ping bars are empty. When I alt-tab the desktop screen is black and I can't end the process or close out. The only way to get back in the game is to hard reset my computer by holding down the power button. I'm not sure if this is ingame issue or an issue with my patch files.
