Error after champ select.

While playing in the NA launcher and finding a match, I can go through champ select with ease, but then after I usually get the popup in the link above. (Happens directly after champ select) not while in game, but seems to be completely random. Sometimes after champ select everything will be perfectly fine, but most of the time i will have to close out the error window and then hit the reconnect button before it actually puts me into the pre-game loading screen. Sometimes it will work after 1 try of hitting reconnect or sometimes 20. Sometimes I'm forced to quit and relaunch the client but even then that's not guaranteed to work. Haven't been able to find much about my issue and have tried initiating full repairs multiple times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. Started happening roughly 2-3 patches ago and I've never encountered this bug before. I'm assuming some changes within the client's code have caused my system to bug up. I'll eagerly await responses and hopefully a fix. Thank you in advance.
