Lock In button (still grey'd out)

I know this topic has been posted many times before. Though it is still relevant. Very much so that I am posting another thread on it. Riot please fix this issue. It has been an occurrence for way to long.

One reason why i would like this fixed so bad is the fact that players in solo duo que; hardly watch or pay attention to their lane match ups. If my lock in button is grey'd out and i have to wait 60 seconds for it to lock then they will probably see my lock in . in other times they would of not been paying attention. Please fix

i get that too. what i do when that happens is I swap to another champ then back to the champ i want. fixes it. weird that it happens, but there ya go, a temp fix. example for me would be i grab nasus. it greys out. i swap to nami, then back to nasus. its orange again.
