Strange bug, can't start a game, all game modes are greyed out?

I just logged on after a 2 hour break and I can't play any games now, I get this error. If I hover over the red error sign it says "you must be level 6, 3, 7", have I been banned? I didn't receive a message that I've been banned or suspended o.O
