Ran away from rengar to suicide to turret, kill went to rengar without him hitting me

Death recap doesn't show any trace of Rengar hitting me, he only hit a plant i hit before him anyways. Help me understand!

EDIT: another bug in the next game, i pinged lux ult and it showed on cooldown but she had it ready (and in chat it appeared ready) so maybe it didn't sync the resets!
