Tahm Kench W Gameplaybug

As seen in the video, we experienced a bug where Tahm can´t use Devour (W) on Jhin. It occurs randomly during the game without any obvious reason. On every other person in the game Devour works immediately. Would be happy to see the bug fixed, especially because there already is a bugreport twelve months ago with the same issue.
