Autofill seems bugged

So I start getting the suspicion that autofill system is bugged. Next day I got autofilled mid (even though it's not technically autofill but let's just keep it like that) after preferring Top/Mid. Asked a guy if I could top and you know what? He says:

  • WTF, I was about to ask for mid :D.
  • Lol so why you preferred top then?
  • I preferred Mid/Top.

I mean the hell? Why ppl get purposely placed in the roles they do not want. Like what the fuck, does system find 5 players on different roles they main and then shuffle the assignation?

I once duoed with a friend. I queued up for Jung/Mid. My friend queued up for top/adc. I got autofilled adc and my friend got filled jungle. We couldnt stop laughing at how bad the system is.
