Cursed Blade Heal Bug [TFT]
Happens when a unit carrying Cursed blade levels down an opposing unit twice. When the opposing units level goes back up it gets the difference in Hp back. Sometimes this repeats healing a low Hp unit to nearly full

I can back this up seeing it has happened in well over 10 games i have played. It screwed me on a win once which is how i realized the bug and then i have actually won at times i shouldnt have from someone using this item because it full heals me over and over again when my pawn has no healing abilities.
Just got done with a TFT match, had a 
and a 
both tier 2 both with cursed blade
. Rounds consisted of my but getting my butt kicked by instant full hp recovery on the targets of my Lucian/Varus. Lost the game cause I took 20 damage from rounds where I should have won. This is definitely a bug, and a pretty bad one at that.
Did have a 
on but I'm 100% sure that wasn't the problem.
