not sure if this is a bug or not

i got mastery rank 5 on a champion and did not get one of the mastery chest's..or am i misunderstanding that and those are the chests if you get a S rank and your playing a rank 5 mastery champion? and having issues with the rating showing up after the game it just spins in a infinite loading loop
