Failed promo's after one loss

Hi there,

After getting into promo's from Bronze II to Bronze I, I played two games. The first one was a win, the second one was a loss. However, In the after game stats I got a message saying I was unsuccesful in completing my promotions. To my knowledge they didn't change the amount of promo games and I should have gotten another chance. Ammiright?

Anyone got the same problem?
