Champ Select

During champ select my client crashed I had already banned so i did not worry about it and logged back on into champ select. But i noticed when i got back in when it was my turn to select my champ i was not able to see the champions no matter what. I looked my champion and also clicked on the marksman icon. Then was a problem because i was in promos and my last game and because of this i lost my promos and now i have to get back into them. Can i get help?!?
