PrimeTime Draven Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I am a Draven main so due to the amount of times i play him, i know when there is a bug with the champion Draven. The bug is on the Primetime Draven skin. The Bug occurs when Draven has activated his Q( Spinning Axes) and gets a direct hit on either a (Champion,jungle monsters, or minions). The Bug will not occur when you hit structure like objects such as (Towers,Inhibitors, and nexus). The Bug itself is a sound effect Bug. When Draven activates his Q(Spinning Axes) and gets a direct hit on (Champions, minions, or jungle monsters), it will create the hitting sound effect (a splash of water sound effect) from the Pool Party Draven Skin. This bug has been there for quiet a while. I just thought to brush it off and see if riot fixes it. Unfortunately there has not been a fix to this issue and i do not have a video of this Bug, becuase i do not have the computer space to make one. Thank you and have a good day.
