Game Crash

After passing the connection screen and getting into the game, just 2 seconds inside the fountain then everything freezes and I get "attempting to reconnect" and the ping is 500. This happened to me on my EUNE account and my EUW account. I need a fix for this bug because I took a leaverbuster and can't play because of it.
