PER SIDE OFFSET CAMERA LOCK BUG? (HOWLING ABYSS, TOP)
Playing top team since patch, camera lock is centered default, and will not change. I've confirmed this with friends and other players within game. SUPER frustrating. Please Advise.

Start a game as top team (moving southwest towards center of map from summoner platform) in howling abyss or summoners rift, apparently

Go to esc menu > game tab > change camera to per side offset
