Low priority glitch?

So i started an intro bots game and i was on low priority queue for 20 mins, When i waited those 20 mins i clicked join match then out of nowhere it said "Trying to reconnect" and i had an option "exit instead" there wasn't anything wrong with my internet or anything and prior to that 20 mins i waited i had started a queue previously waited about 5 minutes 36 seconds and took me out of the queue and the queue timer stopped just stood there at 5:36 and when i tried to join another queue the timer for low priority was there but i looked at the timer (for the wait time in total) and it was 5:36 just frozen there, Is this a known glitch with or new launcher or what can i do to fix it?
