Kindred's Mark of the Kindred has problems

For the last month, I've noticed that "Mark of the Kindred" has had multiple occasions where it stops working. Either it doesn't appear when it should or it doesn't give the bonus when it should. There are no specific scenarios that make this happen, it's random when and where it happens. One theory I have is that if the enemy jungler hits the monsters once, it will deny Kindred the bonus, even if they leave immediately after the first hit. These problems are just happening after the last patch. Other times, it is as if the game forgets to put them onto the map. Time issues have been happening since the character came out.

PS: this is strange way to post bugs, Riot can do better than this. A report bug button might be a better idea.
